Please use this departure check list to help with creating an easy and smooth departure and to ensure everything is covered before you leave.  Have a safe journey home!

Departure Checklist

For your convenience we have provided a departure checklist to ensure nothing is forgotten when it is time to leave. Please ensure all items have been completed prior to your departure

  1. Please observe our checkout time of 10am (unless otherwise agreed prior) as our housekeeper will be servicing the property for the next guest.

  2. All additional rubbish that does not fit in the council bins provided is to be taken away with you. If excess rubbish is not taken away then a rubbish removal fee of $100 will be charged.

  3. For a Sunday departure please fill up and place rubbish and recycling bins out on the nature strip for a Monday morning collection

  4. Dishes are washed and put away, including dishwasher being emptied otherwise we will be required to deduct a $50 cleaning fee from your bond.

  5. The stovetop, oven and BBQ must be thoroughly cleaned and left in a similar condition to how it was found or we will be required to deduct a $100 cleaning fee from your security bond.

  6. BBQ Gas is turned off at the bottle and BBQ has been cleaned.

  7. House is left in a similar condition to how it was found. All furniture is returned to its original location.  Ensure all “Wallowie” DVDs are returned to the DVD library box.

  8. Ensure all heaters / air-conditioners, televisions and lights are switched off. Check outdoor lights at front and back of house are switched off.

  9. Please ensure the house is left completely secure upon your departure. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.

  10. Return the keys to the key-safe and scramble the key-safe code

  11. Have a safe journey home!  We look forward to having you stay again: )
